DI Khan

Dera Ismail Khan is abbreviated to D.I.Khan is a city in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, Pakistan. It is situated on the west bank of the Indus River, about 300 Kilometers south of the provincial capital Peshawar, and 230 Kilometers northwest of Multan, Punjab. The city is the capital of the district and Tehsil of the same name. The predominant languages are Pashto and Saraiki. The total population of the city is 1,627,132 in the 2017 census, making it the largest city in the southern part of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

DI Khan is having very rich agricultural land and produces a lot of crops but Sugar cane, Dhakki Dates and Paniala Mangoes are very famous around the world.

DI Khan is also famous for historical Places, especially Kafer kot.

Dera Ismail Khan is also a home to collect Hindu ruins from two separate sites 20 miles apart, jointly known as Kafir Kot. These regions came under the influence of the Nanda Empire of ancient India in 300 BC. With the rise of Chandragupta Maurya, the region came under the complete control of the Mauryan Empire.

The Importance of DI Khan is more increased due to CPEC. The completion of Hakla- Yarak (292Km) DI Khan Motorway is a big milestone achievement on the Western Route of the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) for providing fast connectivity to the locals as well as paving the way for preparing the shortest route for logistics moving to and from the Chinese province of Xinjiang to Gwadar Port.

Mingora, KpK

Mingora is a commercial city in the Swat district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Mingora is located at 3,228 ft from the sea level, it is 2km away from Saidu Sharif. Mingora is the 3rd largest city in KP. Mingora is not only the administrative capital of Swat Valley , but it is also the main centre of economic, cultural and social activities in the region.
